Last updated 20 July 2026Governing law: England and Wales

1. Your uploads

You retain rights in photographs, descriptions, logos and other content you submit. You confirm you own that content or have sufficient permission to upload, edit and publish it.

2. Limited processing licence

You grant Forecourt and its processors a worldwide, non-exclusive, temporary licence to host, copy, transform and transmit the content solely to operate the requested listing workflow, apply safety and privacy treatment, deliver results and support your account. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to short-lived backups, legal duties and the 30-day processing cache.

3. Generated output

Subject to your subscription, these terms and applicable law, you may download and use generated output in your own vehicle listing and promotional channels. You must keep the background-and-lighting disclosure, verify facts, respect third-party rights and avoid misleading presentation.

4. No training claim

Forecourt does not claim a licence to train models on private customer uploads. Service providers receive content only for the requested processing and their necessary security and delivery functions.

5. Product materials

The Forecourt interface, code, brand, built-in templates and supplied non-customer visual assets remain protected and are not transferred by a subscription. You may not copy or resell the service itself.
